PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) CAREFULLY, AS IT CONSITUTES A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (“STUDENT”, “USER” OR “YOU”) AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL CERTIFICATIONS, CPR SOLUTIONS, MEDICAL CERTIFICATION SOLUTIONS AND CPRCERTIFICATIOCOURSES.COM (“NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING”, “OUR” OR “WE”) WITH RESPECT TO THE USE OF CPR SOLUTIONS SERVICES (“SERVICES”). BY USING OUR SERVICES, WEBSITE OR MATERIAL, YOU AGREE TO EACH OF THE TERMS OF SERVICE AS SET FORTH HEREIN OR AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME BY CPR SOLUTIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO USE THE SERVICES.

1. Registering with Company. In order to use NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING’ services, You must first agree to the Terms of this document. You may not use the services if you do not accept the Terms. You will be required to accept the terms by clicking to accept or agree to the Terms (and the HYPERLINK “http://cpraedcourse.com/legal/guarantee” refund policy), when registering for a course on the website.

2. Services.

(a) Online Classes. We offer online training in ACLS/ PALS / BLS / CPR / First Aid classes. Students enrolled in our ACLS/ PALS / BLS / CPR / First Aid classes will be instructed on ACLS/ PALS / BLS / CPR / First Aid techniques and be provided training material (“Services”). Students will be able to re-read and review all training material as needed. Students will have unlimited access to the course and the material for 60 days. If You do not complete the course quiz within the first 60 days, the course will be locked and you will have to contact us to have the course unlocked. We may be additional fees to unlock a course. Additionally, Students may contact us with any further questions.

(b) Certificate. Upon the successful completion of a course, Students will be provided with an electronic certificate of completion and wallet card certificate. The certificates may be printed from the images displayed on the website. For an additional fee, Students can receive their certificates by mail. The certificate is evidence of completion of the course only. It does not guarantee that the Student is “qualified” to perform adult, child, infant CPR/AED. It is the Student’s responsibility to confirm that our course fulfills any and all requirements requested by an employer/institution or state.

3. Liability Limitation. The course material and curriculum portrayed on this site is compiled from previous class material, tests and ACLS/ PALS / BLS / CPR / First Aid techniques that are widely available. The material is presented in good faith. However, We cannot be held liable for any injury or damage that occurs from the improper application of the material. Therefore, the Company, it officers, directors, owners, employees and affiliates will not be held liable for any losses or damages of any kind. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING’ liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited to the extent permitted by law. The total liability of NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING to you for all losses, damages, and causes of action (in contract, tort (including without limitation, negligence), or otherwise) will not be greater than the amount you paid to access this site. This site may be linked to other sites that are not maintained by NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING. NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING is not responsible for the content of those sites. The inclusion of any link to such sites does not imply endorsement by NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING of the sites. NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING makes no representations whatsoever about any other web site which you may access through this website.

4. Disclaimer. The content of this site is provided “AS IS” and without warranties of any kind either expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING disclaims all warranties or merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING does not warrant that the functions contained in the material will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. NATIONWIDE HEALTH TRAINING does not warrant or make any representations regarding the use of or the result of the use of the material in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

5. Refund. If You are not satisfied with the content of a course, it is Your responsibility to stop using the course and/or the website. We will not issue a refund for a course that has been completed. Once You pass a class and are able to print your certificate, We will not issue any refunds. We will provide refunds if your employer or institution does not accept our online course, and we are able to confirm this denial of our course. In order to obtain a refund, You will need to email us within thirty (30) days of course payment at cprcertificationcourses.com stating the reason for the refund request and You must provide us with the following information: your full name, mailing address, email address, name of the rejecting company, phone number for rejecting company, email for rejecting company, and reason refund requested.

6. Miscellaneous.

No Legal Advice. We do not provide any legal advice to any content, material or service offered on our website or in the public domain. Any legal questions should be referred to an attorney. Good Samaritan laws may be provide protection if CPR is conducted in good faith; please contact your state for further advice. No Reliance. You should rely only on the information that is provided to you by our curriculum. If a person does not seek medical CPR assistance please do not administer CPR on them. Minors, aged under 16 years, are not permitted to take this course.

Amendment. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions, at any time. It is Your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the website following the posting of any changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as You comply with these Terms and Conditions, We grant You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the website.

Choice of Law. These Terms and Conditions will be governed and be interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington, United States of America, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of this site shall be filed only in the federal courts located in the State of Washington. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Possible evidence of use of this site for illegal purposes will be provided to law enforcement authorities. This is the entire agreement between the parties relating to the use of this site.
